slightly underwhelming experience
dated room lack of ventilation
our room felt quite dated. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which i found rather unpleasant. additionally, we found no coffee or tea making facilities, i would have liked that.

helpful staff many options central location
the staff was helpful and efficient. breakfast offered many options. complimentary tea, coffee, pastries and port were available throughout the day. i found this cute after a day of sightseeing. the hotel had a great central location.
the choice of fruit was less at the weekend.

Really good Stay, A Gem in the City!
fresh fruit wide array surprising treat
The provided breakfast was excellent! A wide array of fresh fruit and yogurt was available. Breads, cheeses, hams, and fish ensured a good start to each day. Self-service espresso and hot milk were easily accessible. The pastries and drink station available all day was a surprising treat!!!

room condition lack of facilities
the room wasn't what i expected for the price. the bathroom had some issues, and there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, which i really wanted. it was a bit annoying, especially given how much i paid. i think they should do better with their rooms.

outdated bathroom stained towels
i found the room rather disappointing. instead of a modern space, it felt outdated with a bathroom lacking proper ventilation. the towels had stains, and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable. a coffee or tea maker would have been appreciated, especially given the hotel's pricing.
